Travel Terms & Conditions:
You are responsible for your own travel expenses including airfare and vehicle transportation.
Hitachi Vantara will be paying for the event, including a 2-night stay at the Margaritaville hotel. We will cover your room including taxes and additional fees for the nights of June 10-11. You must provide a credit card upon booking for incidentals and will be subject to pay for any incidentals incurred during your stay.
The hotel will honor the room rate of $255.00 a night for June 10-11 only; Accommodations made outside of these dates will be at your own expense and charged at the hotel's normal rate. Availability outside of these dates is not guaranteed.
